OCZ Reaper Series

The OCZ Reaper series is a mid-priced product line of dual channel DDR2 desktop memory. OCZ's Reaper HPC Heatsink feature, present on the entire Reaper line of computer memory modules, is the built-in cooling solution that automatically cools the module to temper the heat produced by prolonged use.

The tempering of this heat improves performance. All the models in the Reaper series are 240 Pin Dual In-line Memory Modules (DIMM) with 64-bit data path. The Enhanced Performance Profile (EPP) feature on the Reaper models allows for automatic setup and optimal memory, features useful for the desktop user of any level. The OCZ Reaper comes in five different models, with MHz ranges from 800 to 1150. Expert reviews of the OCZ Reaper have been positive, the concensus being that it is a satisfactory replacement for more expensive memory modules.
