The Enermax Pro87+ 700W CrossFireX is a high efficiency power supply for gaming PCs. This is similar to the Enermax Pro87+ 600W CrossFireX, but with a higher output of 700 watts. An 87-92% efficiency rating makes the power supply compliant with 80 Plus Gold efficiency requirements, and reduces the amount of heat generated by the system.

Cooling is handled by a main fan that cycles from 300rpm to 1000rpm and an internal 13.9 cm Twister-bearing fan, which move air through the power suppy. The fan is kept running for 30-60 seconds after shutdown to ensure proper cooling, and while in operation can stay on 24/7 at an ambient temperature of 50 degrees Celcius. This power suply is certified by AMD for GAME! Ready systems and is CrossFireX certified.
