It also now complies with the European Union ErP Directive to ensure that little to no power is drawn while the system is in standby. The final development is the new certification under 80 PLUS Bronze, which delivers 85% energy efficiency under real-world conditions for consistently lower heat generation and lower energy bills. Things that remain consistent from the last model include the 140mm double ball-bearing fan for cooling and the 99% Active Power Factor Correction for consistent performance. 850 watts of power are output to the system, and an additional +12 volt rail is available for higher-end video cards.
