The Pros:Heat dissipation is very good, never get all that hot. Reliable operation even under heavy use, never cause a crash. Excellent quality control almost guarantees that you'll never end up with a bad unit.
The Cons:Price is much higher than normal for this kind of capacity. Not much benefit to Intel Core 2 CPUs that don't have EPP. Pre-overclocked, can't overclock them any further than the 1066.
